PDPA Consent Notice

1. Your consent

By submitting an enquiry, creating an application, or choosing to verify your identity through Singpass MyInfo, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes described in this Notice and in our Privacy Policy.

We will obtain your consent before collecting your personal data, collect only what is reasonably necessary, and will not use your data for purposes that a reasonable person would not consider appropriate in the circumstances.

• Processing your loan enquiry or application
• Assessing eligibility and affordability
• Matching your profile with participating financial institutions and lending partners
• Pre-filling application forms and improving data accuracy
• Communicating with you about your enquiry or application
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Singpass MyInfo consent

Where you choose to verify with Singpass, you will be shown a specific consent notice and the exact MyInfo data fields requested before any data is retrieved. The consent statement is:

“I consent to ONECOMPARE SOLUTION PTE. LTD. retrieving my information through MyInfo for identity verification, application processing, eligibility assessment, and onboarding purposes.”

We record the consent timestamp, the consent version, and the data scopes you agreed to in our audit log. We only request MyInfo data that is necessary for the stated purposes (data minimisation).

4. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time by giving us reasonable notice. Upon withdrawal, we will cease the relevant processing, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to process your enquiry or application, or provide certain services to you.

5. Disclosure to third parties

With your consent, we may disclose your personal data to participating financial institutions and lending partners so they can assess and respond to your enquiry, and to trusted service providers who help us operate our services. These parties are required to protect your data and use it only for agreed purposes.

We take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate and complete, and we protect it with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards as described in our Security & Data Protection page.
