1. Referral-only service
ONECOMPARE SOLUTION PTE. LTD. provides a referral and matching service only. We connect your enquiry with independent third-party Network Partners. We do not provide lending services of any kind.
2. No lending services provided
We are not a bank or lender. We do not provide loans, approve loans, or determine loan rates or terms.
3. No guarantee of approval
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee any outcome. We make no representations of guaranteed approval, instant approval, lowest rates, or no-rejection financing.
4. Decisions made by Network Partners
All financing decisions, including approval, credit assessment, rates, and terms, are made solely by independent Network Partners. We do not influence these decisions.
5. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current. Inaccurate information may affect the matching process and any subsequent assessment by Network Partners.
6. Singpass MyInfo verification
We may offer identity verification and application pre-fill through Singpass MyInfo. Use of MyInfo is optional and requires your explicit consent. We retrieve only the data necessary for identity verification, application processing, eligibility assessment, and onboarding, and we handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy, PDPA Consent Notice, and Data Retention Policy. ONECOMPARE SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is an independent platform and is not affiliated with the Government of Singapore or Singpass.
7. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it or submit false information. We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions, decisions, products, or outcomes of any Network Partner, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
